Thrive Networks seeks a highly organized, collaborative, and talented individual to develop and execute the organization’s U.S. fundraising strategy. The Development Manager is directly responsible for managing all individual giving related fundraising efforts for the organization, including family foundations. The Development Manager will plan, coordinate, and implement annual fund development plans in order to meet fund development and budgetary goals. This role encourages an individual to take initiative and be creative. The Development Manager will report directly to Thrive Networks’ Interim Chief Executive Officer. This is an ideal opportunity for a quick learner with the ability both to think strategically and implement effectively, enjoys regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, and is eager to plan and tackle a wide variety of projects within a high-performing organization.
